    Aluminum titanate

     has higher melting point(1860?±10?),lower thermal expansion coefficient and excellent heat-shock resistance .Besides,the aluminum titanate don’t infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt.Therefore aluminum titanate can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance?heat-shock resistance and corrision resistance.

     

    Low-pressure die casting is a process in which molten metal is transported from a holding furnace via a riser tube into a mould. Riser stalk is the critical part of the process. During traditional production, steel riser tube can not satisfy the requirements of continuous production and high quality, so aluminium titanate becomes ideal material of stalk tube due to its low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance and no wetting by molten metal.

     

    The aluminum titanate riser tube is the key part of the low pressure aluminum casting machine,the features are as following:
